This makes it particularly possible for us to, if necessary, involve colleagues with whom we have communicated and use their specialised knowledge.

In particular, we cooperate closely with the other law offices in the
Attorney Offices in the Messehof of Leipzig which are specialised in
particular special fields of activity such as administrative law,
construction law, insolvency law and social law, and have usually
qualified as specialist attorneys. The law offices have entirely
similar quality requirements as we do, but work independently. To the
extent sensible and necessary, we organise cooperation that crosses law

Manager - Dr. Claudia Gross, Leipzig, www.ipo-gross.de There is a close relationship to labour law in personnel consultation and personnel development. In this respect, we work closely together with the Institute for Personnel and Organisational Development - ipo-gross. Dr. Claudia Friedrich-Gross, the manager of the Institute, supports our consultation and representation, within the area of mediation for commercial and family conflicts, along with other areas, as, for example, with mobbing conduct in the employment relationship. This interdisciplinary cooperation often facilitates avoidance of disputes and out-of-court dispute arbitration. The cooperation is also well-proven in numerous interdisciplinary seminars with Mrs. Dr. Claudia Gross and Roland Gross as an adviser. |
